Russian users should receive it automatically when they log in.
If you aren’t from Russia…
1) Use a Russian proxy server such as:
lazyproxy.com/
2) Paste stardoll.com into the blank URL box
3) Log into stardoll
It should be in your suite!
And the Okapi:
Magazine -> Animalisic -> Click 'Adopt Me'
It will arrive in your suite.
